The BSB number stands for (Bank-State-Branch) is a six-digit numeric code with dash that identifies individual financial institutions and branches within Australia. The bank state branch number format consists of three parts: AAB-XYZ.
The first two digits identify the bank in Australia. (AA) specify the bank or financial institution where the money is being sent.
